                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JESSIE W. ZEIGLER AND
                   PATSY ZEIGLER, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 72,
                   TRACT NO. 110, HIXSON COLLECTION SYSTEM, FOR
                   A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO HUNDRED AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($200.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Jessie W. Zeigler and Patsy
       Zeigler, relative to Contract No. 72, Tract No. 110, Hixson
       Collection System, for a total consideration of $200.00.
